Michael has been teaching yoga for over 20 years, combining the dynamic aspect of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with the anatomical precision of Iyengar Yoga. Years of deep study in the yoga traditions, Buddhism and psychology informs his approach, which encourages self-exploration as a way of finding one’s individual path inside the broader yogic traditions.
Sabine is a yoga teacher, psychologist and certified MBSR teacher (mindfulness-based stress reduction). For her, the tools of Yoga are a gift to cultivate refined awareness of body, mind and heart and with that to explore and connect with our true self. Sabine’s teaching is dynamic and playfully challenging, and at the same time a journey to deeper stillness within.
